Sorry, the title should have said EXTREME THIRST. I was using a voice access.

roadog66, I couldn't find the side effects of your particular nasal spray causing thirst, BUT, it did say nasal sprays can make you thirsty.

With that said, Benzos can definitely cause dry mouth which may make you thirsty.

I hope this helps. New Years Blessings to you & yours.

If you blood sugar is too high, it can make you very thirsty. You might want to check your blood sugar the next time you experience the extreme thirstiness.

I've dealing with this most of my life, I become very thirsty, as in unquenchable, and then I cannot sleep. The only thing that helps is bed rest. I am type 2 diabetic and my AC1 is now in the pre-d range. Whenever I work out or work too hard, it hits me. My body reacts quickly to exercise and I become ripped easily but this appears to cause issues, possibly setting off a diabetic reaction or possibly allowing a virus to attack? I was also diagnosed with chronic Epstein bar virus (first time in high school during wrestling season) which goes away with, again, bed rest.

With my Long COVID, my electrolytes get out of whack very easily. I have to drink water with electrolytes all day and keep a thermos by the bed. I get dehydrated very easily which gives me heart palpitations.
