Have CSA. Do not wake up

Posted by laokg @laokg, May 11 12:12pm

I have been diagnosed with Idiopathic CSA. I am on a machine that is for OSA, awaiting a new machine (again). I do not wake up gasping. I never sleep well. My head is held in a pressure vise, and my brain is foggy all the time. I am in Vancouver, WA. I am looking for recommendations for Sleep Specialists/Clinics in Western Washington that understand: 1. coordinated care is important 2. just because I am not dying does not mean I am unimportant 3. Do not attempt to use my body and my life to explain the idiopathic nature of my CSA 4. has an optimistic approach to helping patients have a QOL. Recommendations welcome and gratefully received.
