Has anyone tried applying for compassionate use for LC treatment?

I'm interested in trying Inspiritol (not yet FDA approved) and or Regen-Cov, a monoclonal antibody found to be beneficial to those w LC. The lengthly process for FDA approval/RCT trials will delay access for a long time. Wondering if anyone has tried applying for a treatment via compassionate
use, and what their experience has been like?
