Has anyone tried a Cefaly for migraine pain?

My neurologist just recommended this. I tried it once long ago and got relief for only 15 min. It's $380 and insurance does not cover.

I have had migraines for decades. I know how bad they can be.
A new neurologist NP recommended Botox and said I was eligible bc of the chronic persistent occipital area pain I experience in the back of my head as well as the forehead and temples.
The 31 injections are all around the head neck shoulder areas.
I just started the Botox so 🤞🏻but maybe you would be a candidate too. Not sure if insurance covers the full cost. I’m on Medicare.

I tried Cefaly and hoped it would help since my chronic migraines are located across my forehead. I ordered directly from the company, and they have a refund policy if it doesn’t help. After 17 treatments I got no relief, so returned it and got my money back.
