has anyone taking dupixent for emphysema and does it help with mucus?

I have been on Dupixent since October of last year, high eosinophils/emphysema. It has helped with inflammation and eosinophils. Last CT and bloodwork showed inflammation much less (less mucus) and eosinophils in normal range. I've had no negative side affects.

Question: I am taking Ohtuvayre (with nebulizer) have you tried this before taking Dupixent? It is not helping me especially with the heavy coughing up white mucus. Did taking Dupixent reduce your mucus a lot?

I have been on Dupixent since August. It has been a game changer for me as drying up the mucus. No side effects. My husband has been on it for 5 years or so for severe eczema. His skin is beautiful now, with no side effects.

I’ve been on Dupixent since November for emphysema, frequent exacerbations & high eosinophils. So far it’s been great. Only side effect is some joint stiffness, arthralgia.

I never had much mucus so don’t notice any change in that.

I have been on Ohtuvarey for almost 2 months. No change at all. I do not have much coughing or mucus. I am on Breztri.

I started taking Ohtuvayre via nebulizer about 6 weeks ago. I've been on Dupixent since last year. I'm also using Breztri and Combivent. I've never produced a lot of mucus but the Ohtuvayre has been a pleasant addition. Mucus is even less and breathing better.
