Anyone taken Lomustine for glioblastoma after recurrence while on TMZ?

My husband is 16 months post diagnosis for GMB. Has been on TMZ but MRI on March 10 showed small recurrence. To have Gamma Knife , A as tin and will start Lomustine every 6 weeks. What has been your experience with this drug?

@leg1945, when does your husband start lomustine? How are YOU doing?

No start date for lomustine yet. Had PFT today for baseline. He is also on Amiodarone for AF. I am doing ok. Tired at times. Overwhelmed at times. I am a retired RN and wonder how some people manage all of this. I will get through this with family and help from God.

Thank for the hug. He had the first dose of Limbs time on April 10. No nausea . A little diarrhea. But all in all was tolerated well. Next dose maybe a bigger dose. 1st dose slightly reduced because of kidney function.
