Has anyone on Anastrozole had eye/sight problems?

I’ve been on Anastrozole since march, I’ve had side effects that have been discussed here but I haven’t seen anyone mention eye or seeing troubles. I am experiencing eye twitching which I have heard about but in my peripheral vision I have wavy lines and now when I blink I see flashes of light. Also my floaters seem to have increased.

Yes I had blurry and dry eye problems few months after starting anastrozole. Now I’m taking exemestane but the problems don’t go away. Have you considered using humidifier at night to help with dry eye ( in addition to dry eye oilment)? I don’t use the oilment. The eye drop works better for me.

@myoga I used to use one but the upkeep of it was difficult for me. It was also making it almost too humid for my allergies, because the environment where I live is pretty humid to begin with. At night I am also using an eye mask sometimes, which helps some. But I have to take it off every time I have a hot flash because my face get sweaty, which is pretty regularly throughout the night.

My Anastrozole is compounded so it doesn't contain any form of soy. My eye sight has steadily gotten worse, but I can not say it is the Anastrozole . After the lumpectomy I went into lymphedema in the lower legs. one set of dr's told me many women get this after radiation, but another said it was a lie. IF it was from radiation My arms would have it instead of legs. Prior the breast cancer I did not have my arteries closing, but did have uncontrolled BP. It was found I needed 2 stents placed in the left ventricle to fix 2 - 90% blockages. a couple weeks later I had double vision, then 2 weeks later vertigo. It was found I have a brain aneurysm . I believe I am reacting to the titanium placed in my cavity from the lumpectomy. My body fights itself so I can not say the anastrozole has caused any of this. but mine is compounded withholding the toxin from soy. In previous years I have had dry eyes, but it is the same.
