Has anyone had to have both testicles removed?
Hi I'm 45 yrs old. I had testicular issues for the last 9 yrs. I had to have my left testicle removed last year which was very fibrotic. My right testicle needs to be removed due to atrophy and reduced blood flow to it. Has anyone else had to have both testicles removed and if so how did it affect them sexually and feeling like a male should feel ? I'm scared how I'm going to feel and what kind of side affects will I have once I have the second testicle removed.

Mordy, has your surgeon talked to you about implants and testosterone replacement therapy?

I know I was told not to have implants since I've had scrotal issues. I'm ok with not having artificial testicles.
