As of this past May 2025. I had the right testicle removed. Two days later I was rushed back into surgery since my hemoglobin levels dropped from 12 to 8 in less than 24 hrs. I had a massive hematoma and several blood clots. After a week in the hospital I went home in pain. Then two weeks later I woke up one morning to find tons of blood in my briefs. I rushed to the ed where my Urologist told them to rush a CT which showed swelling in the grion region. The following morning they rushed me back into surgery where they found several blood clots again and had to drain something. I was finally feeling better.
As of now I have to put on gel every morning when I wake up called testomax. Its fine since when I get up I usually have to go to the bathroom to have a bowl movement and thats when I place the gel on my skin. I was asked by my endocrinologist if I wanted to switch to injections every 12 weeks instead and I said no. I rather place the gel every morning. I was told I may have to move to injections that I can't self inject only a nurse can administer it. This is where Im at as of today. Im able to masturbate. I don't have any sex drive or interest in having sex. I do get erections but they dont last very long. I ejaculate a lot when I dont masturbate for a while. It feels weird a bit not having testicles but I got used to it sort off. I was told not to have artificial testicles put it due to all the inflammation I used to have in both testicles.

Thanks for responding. To answer your question not yet. I'm meeting with my surgeon to talk about the surgery in a week.
