Has anyone had the Thoracoscpic procedure done for Bronchiestis?

Wondering if anyone has had or thought about having the Thoracoscopic procedure done. I have had bronchiestis 7 or 8 years. Never really bothered me much other than coughing. The last couple of years my breath began to get short. It has just gotten worse, so much that I cannot do anything physical anymore with out panting. That includes walking from 1 room to another. My pulmonologist has tried about everything and nothing has worked. Doing research I see where Thoracoscopic surgery could possibly help this. Just wondering if anyone has had this or been briefed on it. I will be asking my pulmonologist in 3 weeks when I have an appointment.
