Has anyone had Superficial keratectomy (SK) ?
I am looking for anyone that has had this done and would like to share experience. Is is worth the pain and discomfort?

I had 5 times on my right cornea and twice on my left. The results were minor in terms of removing astigmatism disturbance. My situation is difficult because the astigmatism is irregular, which was caused by the corneas being transplants. So, if you have only mild regular astigmatism the results of a Photo Refractive Keratotomy will probably be beneficial.
After looking at relevance of PRK, the cornea reshaping is all laser guided. SK does not use the laser and is not a refractive procedure. Good luck
What type of problem are you having? I had a keratectomy done many years ago because I had issues with the surface of my right cornea that was causing visual disturbances, primarily with lights.
