Has anyone had really good results using Clonazepam / Klonopin to deal with Fibromyalgia pain. I use it and it lowered my anxiety level, muscle contractions and allowed me to sleep. I’m on .5 mg. At this low dose it allows me to wake up when I feel pain and move my body out of the position I am in. I have been on medications that put me in a very deep sleep, the con to that was when I woke up I was in exploding pain all over my body as I did not move all night.

Yes, I just started a few months ago. Same dosage, I break mine in half. I take 1 about an hour before bedtime. And 1 about 12 hours later. The whole dose to me is strong. But half of it, I can tolerate. It is the only thing that has helped me the most, without terrible side effects. I still have pain and stiffness, but am able to navigate this better. It has helped my anxiety tremendously. I'm very grateful for that. I am unable to tolerate a growing list of SSRI/SRNI's. I am taking a break from trialing those, and do not want to revisit those experiences. But the Clonazepam has been the best so far, least amount of side effects for me. I wish I had this 30 years ago. I'm smiling today. And I told my psych n.p. thank you at my last visit. It's the first time I've been offered this medicine, and this is the first year I've met with psych.office to trial some medicines. I was scared to go at first. But I'm glad I finally did. I'm looking for a new therapist also, as having finally accepted the facts of my conditions, the changes happening to my body, I feel ready to process some more trauma, and move forward in my healing journey. That's a big thing to do. And I'm proud of myself for trying, and will keep searching for the support I need.

I take 2 mg Clonazepam and 100 mg Seroquel to sleep.
Fortunately I don’t wake up in pain from being in one position all night.
I have a sleep disorder related to all the autoimmune issues going on with my body and cannot sleep without this medication. I guess I’m lucky that being in one position all night doesn’t bother me.

I also take clonazepam for my fibromyalgia to sleep at night. If it were not for that, I would not sleep at all.
