Has anyone had muscle pain in chest while using testerone cream?

My husband has been using testosterone cream for about 4 months and has developed a muscular type pain in his upper right chest right behind the nipple. It hurts only when he raises his arm or twists to the side. Just wondering if anyone else has had this. The doctor does not think it is heart related. He stopped the cream for a few days and the pain got better but did not go completely away.
