Has anyone had experience with delayed or retarded ejaculation

I had been taking 5 mg the Escitalopram for 3 months with no side effects but doc increased to 10 mg and I immediately had trouble ejaculating. It seems to be improving a little after 3 to 4 weeks but wondering has anyone else experience this and, if so, did you get back to normal and how long did it take? The doctor mentioned Mirtapazine if the Escitalopram 10 mg it's not effective for anxiety but I'm concerned about potential for weight gain.
