Has anyone had experience using Romtherapy home based cardiac rehab?

For those of us in rural areas it is difficult to get to a location where there is cardiac rehab available. I had a pacemaker a few years ago and had to devise my own exercise plan to build up my strength and endurance. I recently ran across a new home based cardiac rehab therapy called Romtherapy from ROMTech and wondered if anyone has had experience with this.
