Has anyone had a swollen lymph node under their armpit?

Has anyone had a swollen lymph node under their left armpit? Did it cause your head to hurt? I also had a biopsy to see what was causing it to swell. I'm worried because I've had stage 2 breast cancer before (August 2011)

That is where I found my lump when I went to the Dr. for a biopsy. Unfortunately, it was cancer, but I am doing well.

@sally484, thank you for the reply. I haven't gotten my results back yet, but I'm scared that the cancer came back. I'm trying not to worry, but it's hard

I understand...........only too well. I had two biopsies done and they both came back positive. Being from a small town, I was referred to the chemo center at our hospital. The nurses were wonderful as were the people who did my radiation at another small town close by. For my surgery, I went to Roswell hospital in Buffalo, NY and they were equally as kind. Don't overthink........let the Dr.s do that. I wish you well and please keep me posted!!

@sally484 this is where my swollen node was also. Later to find out it was breast cancer but very early stage and I’m great today:

My doctor noticed a lymph node on my ultrasound near my implant (bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction) so she had an MRI done and it was not irregular and didn’t enhance so no biopsy. I also have one on the other side which has been there since the first check up a year after my surgery. I guess they can tell by how it feels to them whether you need a biopsy? Hoping your results are benign. I am only posting because most of the other comments turned out to be cancer.
