Has anyone had a MRI for degenerative disc disease of the neck?

I have degenerative disc disease in my back, and now in my neck. I am getting a MRI today on my neck. Never had one before. Just wondering if others have and what was the doctor's treatment recommendation?

I’ve had more neck MRIs than I can count or even remember. The recommendations are determined by your physical exam and the results of the MRI

Just as laural1970 stated, I’ve had a number of them too. That said, get the radiological report generated from the MRI and listen to your Dr’s recommendation. Then get a second opinion from a trusted neurologist. I’ll tell you what one surgeon told me, “There’s nothing we can’t make worse with surgery!”
