Has anyone ever had zero polyps at their yearly scopes for FAP?

Familial Adenom Polyposis requires yearly scopes of upper and lower digestive tract. At age 59 I was doing a clinical trial and didn't get in for good reason - No Polyps!
Need to know who to reach out to dr wise regarding this result - Feels like a miracle!

Have FAP, age 59, scope revealed zero polyps in 1 year scopes. I would think that this is a HUGE RARITY. Can anyone suggest who I should report this to? My drs only do scopes and since this info means they have nothing to do -
Any suggestions of drs that want to research such a situation?

Whoever did your genetic testing and found the FAP should be following your course or ask them to help you to enroll in a research program.
Yes be very grateful.
