Has anyone been diagnosed and treated for a glomus tympanicum tumor?

I have a glomus tympanicum tumor in my left ear. I learned of it because of pulsatile tinnitus and a CT scan to confirm. I'm reluctant to have surgery due to potential complications of facial paralysis & severe bleeding since it is a vascular tumor.

I would appreciate if anyone has been diagnosed to please share with me your treatment approach.
