harlequin? internal vibrations, tremors, migraines,
I started having all kinds of issues around 2019. Confusion, irratibility, zoning out, muscle weakness, internal vibrations, right facial numbness and drooping, loss for words, double vision, blurred vision, pulsatile tinnitus, I found out I was iron deficient anemia, and severe obstructive sleep apnea and central sleep apnea. Both of those are not under control with CPAP and iron infusions.
As of today I still deal with the migraines, internal vibrations, right facial numbness, the muscle weakness, and double vision. Add onto that I have something that is looking like Harlequin syndrome now and something else that is sweat related maybe Freys Syndrome. The facial numbness has expanded to include my ear also. I have also started having headaches behind my right eye socket. My personality has changed since then also. I used to be a focused, detail oriented person and now I have problems with staying on task and paying attention. I have spent so much time with my local neurology with no answers. My neurologist has finally referred me to Mayo. I hope to find some answers. I guess what the question I am asking is does anyone have anything similar going on?

Yes I have had all that too. Have multiple diagnoses, use cpap, seizure/migraine meds, as well as neuropathy, essential tremors and a rare condition Myasthenia Gravis. It took years to get the last diagnosis by a blood test, which explained the double vision and weakness. Keep on explaining your symptoms to doctors until you get appropriate treatment. It help to keep a log or journal
My mother passed away from drug induced myasthenia gravis caused by her immunotherapy meds.
I’m sorry. It’s so difficult to deal with all of these medical issues and what they cause us. Prayers to you and your family
