hard palate skin renewal

one of my apparently unusual symptoms
(I can't find anything about it on the web)
is the breaking and release of my old palate skin
while the new one has already formed but is sensitive
to heat the first days.
the process takes some days with 3-5 parts and repeats
every 1-2 weeks for some months. 75 in total the laast 4 years.
I always thought it was from my GERD just like my other unusual
symptoms (evening blocked nose,sweat on drinking,
waking up with cough and mucus clearing for upto
one hour. (10-20 times per year)
Now I'm surprisingly diagnosed with bronchiectasis
after a pneumonia and I wonder whether that had
contributed to the symptoms

there should be a big patient-health-database where you can
enter your symptoms and search for keywords !
