@nurit Have you seen an orthopedist about this new symptom? We are patients like you, not medical professionals who can begin to figure out what is happening from your description.
Has it been shown (by imaging) that the original fracture has healed? Have you seen the doctor about these new symptoms?

3 ReactionsThe MRI showed that that the fracture healed . I'm seeing orthopeds (all my right side has problems) but because they're specialized only in one area, my healing was delayed. My question is how to heal an internal bruise besides resting?
@nurit I'm not sure what you mean by internal bruising. If it accumulated blood in the tissue, gentle massage and a lot of movement will help your body eliminate it more quickly. If the bone itself is bruised, the usual recommendations are rest, ice, elevation and pain control. I had a bone bruise on my hip from a fall, and it took 4 months for the lump to diminish and pain to go away.
Ice should be used 3-4 times a day.
