I never did lose my hair. It thinned out a great deal tho.
Did 5 rounds of Carbo/Taxol a week apart and never lost a strand of hair. Good luck to you.
I’m doing folfox and have had 2 treatments so far
Same here - although I didn't have all that much to lose in the first place.
Yes thinned a lot…..chemo hair but hair. All came back nicely.
My hair only thinned out, I didn’t lose it.
Mine thinned out and it looked so weird I had it shaved at about 1/8 in.
My husband has/had esophageal/ the tumor has shrunk but he was to weak for surgery- they have him on immunotherapy now / his last scan and pet scan showed a new mass in his lung- also new nodules- he has a lung biopsey scheduled for next week-
I finish radiation treatment next week and just had 3rd chemo teeatment
My oncologist always mentions " hair loss" with treatment but leaves out.. life threatening infections, nerve damage, breathing issues as possible side effects. Focus on health not hair
