My husband has/had esophageal/ the tumor has shrunk but he was to weak for surgery- they have him on immunotherapy now / his last scan and pet scan showed a new mass in his lung- also new nodules- he has a lung biopsey scheduled for next week-
My oncologist always mentions " hair loss" with treatment but leaves out.. life threatening infections, nerve damage, breathing issues as possible side effects. Focus on health not hair
I never did lose my hair. It thinned out a great deal tho.
