Had lower abdominal pain right under my bellybutton

I hand pain right under bellybutton now that it went away or can no longer feel it my right testical started having pain coming in and out every 5 min or so does anybody know what is happening or have any idea?

I believe in the saying, “ better safe than sorry. I would seek immediate medical care. I would not assume whatever is causing the pain is insignificant and will go away without potential permanent damage. If your doctor can't see you, I'd go to an emergency room. Any swelling, nausea, temperature, testicles feeling hot or pain urinating? Just my 2 cents.

Hello thanks for the reply. Thankfully after a days rest I no longer feel any pain in both departments but will definitely get it check out when can. Also I haven't gotten any of those symptoms other than nausea but that was cause of blood sugar level I am diabetic.
