Guidance Needed: Investigating flying to Mayo in Minnesota

Hello members. I've just begun investigating the possibility of flying to Mayo in Minnesota to try and get a proper diagnosis. Would appreciate any advice regarding the most reasonable flights (from NJ), places to stay, etc. My main problem is inability to walk more than half a block so location to clinic would be important.
