I recently read that some research has found wearing green lenses for an hour or two a day may help with anxiety from pain. Thanks

@cooperkg - I'd never heard about how green lenses can help. Will definitely be looking at getting a pair!

How Green Lenses Help
Anxiety Reduction: Clinical trials, including a study from the Journal of the American Dental Association on dental anxiety, found that wearing green lenses can significantly decrease state anxiety and heart rate.

Pain-Related Anxiety: Research on fibromyalgia patients revealed that those wearing green-tinted glasses were four times more likely to experience reduced pain-related anxiety, allowing them to manage symptoms better.

Comfort and Glare: On a physiological level, green tints reduce glare while maintaining contrast and natural color perception. This makes the visual environment easier on the eyes, which can be inherently soothing when feeling overwhelmed.

Thank you for expanding data! I expect my green lense glasses to arrive today. Will post if I detect a difference in a few days.
