Good resources re dealing with grief?

Books, articles...You Tube videos (only if they are by professionals).

Mom passed a couple of months ago and now my wife's mother is not expected to live much longer.

I have many medical problems myself and my days are filled to the brim with grief and also worries about passing, myself...

thanks...

Our local hospices offer bereavement counseling. I found it very helpful. I think when our parents die we are no longer "children" and start to feel vulnerable and mortal ourselves.

Thank you very very much. Yes, I think your statement is quite wise. Part of our grief is a kind of displaced worry about our own mortality.
