Ginko?

I saw this article and was curious if anyone has any success using Ginko. I know you can get it as a tea, tincture or pill form and have heard it can be used in kids with ADHD with success so something that may be able to be used by all. (of course please check with drs as you have to be careful with natural supplements and get them from trusted sources ;)) the article I read was from a Drs site, I think you need to be a patient to order but may be worth investigating since they are supplements you can get separately. https://hedberginstitute.com/long-covid-ginkgo-biloba/
Buddah teas has a ginko tea I was thinking of just trying the tea to see if it had any effect and go slow but wondering if anyone has tried it before.

Thank you for suggesting ginkgo and your article link. Reviewing trusted sites, ginkgo does help with increasing nitric oxide which relaxes the blood vessels and improves their ability to bring oxygen to our tissues which improves the long covid symptoms.

I am looking for natural sources to help increase nitric oxide and will add ginkgo tea. Ginkgo tea could help many people that are experiencing fatigue for various reasons.

For more info on other sources of nitric oxide and its benefits, especially with reducing long covid symptoms, please read my post on the “nattokinase” thread.

Wonderful, thank you for doing some extra leg work on that. I will start the tea as well. Hope it helps you and I will share my experience if it seems to help.

After your suggestion, I ordered dried ginkgo leaves from HerbsAreLife on Etsy. Most ginkgo teas seem to be a blend, usually with green tea.
