GCA, has anyone experienced panic attacks while on Prednisone?

I do not have a History of panic attacks but had two doozies recently. I’m a frequent flyer but my last two flights both involved panic attacks at 30,000 feet. Never had them before. The attacks start with light headedness, followed by nausea and the feeling I’m about to pass out. My pulse races. I ended up in the ER yesterday after we landed for fear I was having a heart attack as I had pain in my chest. Doctors could find nothing wrong. No heart attack. One Doctor said prednisone can mess with your head. Really? Now I’m scared to fly again.
