I am new here but in hip pain from Osteoporosis, I do not want to take drugs the side effects could be worst than the ailment, I've been taking total bone support and Collegen by AlgaeCal. I wanted to know if there are any exercises I could start out with without injuring myself. Any advice would be helpful. In addition, I take calcium and elderberry..
thank you

I do healthy bones yoga at my local YMCA. They incorporate the teachings of Sara Meeks who is a physical therapist. Her exercises are methodical and when you are doing them you don’t think they would work, but she has been teaching her method since the 1980s. I follow
Brad and Bob on YouTube (they are also PTs) and they have had Sara Meeks in many of their videos. If you are interested, on youtube look up Sara Meeks morning exercises. I included a photo of what the video looks like at the beginning. Hope this helps and i hope your hip pain gets better.

I am wondering how Fortibone is different than other Type 1 collagen?

@joanandjay75 Hello. Last year, my doctor wrote me a prescription to see a Physical Therapist. If you have that option, please use it. The exercises were tailored to my conditions and abilities. I went for about 3 months and after I now have a daily exercise routine that I do to maintain. It has been life changing. The other thing I've recently started was taking NutriKey Key Collagen. This covers 4 collagens, which all have studies you can research and this product is tested for impurities. It is expensive compared to other brands, BUT given the quality and product studies it is a solid investment. I've only been taking for about 4 months, but the osteoarthritis pain in my hands has subsided significantly and my nails are stronger and not brittle. I am looking forward to my next dexa scan in 4 years to see the improvements as noted in the studies. Best of health to you.
