Has anyone had good results with fortibone for osteoporosis?. If so what product do you recommend.

Taking it now, but too early to tell. It’s too new and bone building takes time.

It can be hard to tell if you're also taking other steps to improve your osteoporosis. Was it the collagen, or the exercise, or the vitamins, or what? That's why they conduct proper research. One group takes it, the other doesn't, they keep all other factors the same, and then see what happens.

My opinion is that it can't hurt, but collagen by itself isn't going to make a big enough difference. I think of it as one tool in the toolbox.

I use a powder in water and mix it the night before and put it in the fridge to drink the next day. Amazon: ALGAECAL Collagen: 4 Clinically-Supported Peptides VERISOL®, FORTIGEL®, UC-II®, FORTIBONE®, Anti-Aging Hydrolyzed Collagen Powder, 30 Servings, Made in USA

Algae call collagen or native path both great.

I've mixed mine into all sorts of liquids, including milk (which makes for a nice calcium+collagen drink.)

I am new here but in hip pain from Osteoporosis, I do not want to take drugs the side effects could be worst than the ailment, I've been taking total bone support and Collegen by AlgaeCal. I wanted to know if there are any exercises I could start out with without injuring myself. Any advice would be helpful. In addition, I take calcium and elderberry..
thank you

I follow some exercises from the book by Margaret Martin "Exercise for better bones", that was recommended at this forum. My focus was on what exercises one should not to when one has osteoporosis, and I found this in the book. Feel now safer.
