Forgotten symptoms: Cankers, chipped tooth, eye floaters, scalp sores

I’m doing the LISTEN study and it asked me about some things I totally forgot about.
Canker sores in my mouth, chipped tooth, eye floaters, sores on my scalp, tinnitus.

Has any of you experienced this?, none of this lasted very long.

I get the mouth sores and scalp sores that come and go at will. I never know when they're going to show up, but it's all too frequent.
