Foot neuropathy: What gives you relief?
It seems if I get enough activity/exercise daily I don’t have pain; if not, am awakened from sleep and must get up (even in the middle of the night). What’s going on & what more should I do to avoid rest-disruption?

I am so glad you figured this out. I have heard of the energy drinks causing problems. There is a FB group called Understanding B6 Toxicity where I have read reports of people, after detoxing from the vitamin and over time, being able to heal their feet. I sure hope so bc when I wear shoes my pain can easily get to a 9. It typically runs 4-7 most of the time. Gabapentin takes the edge off but it makes me cognitively fuzzy. I am hopeful I will heal too and I was disappointed you aren’t better after stopping the toxic ingestion. I took the supplements for years and have had problems since 2020. I’ve been off them less than a month. I think more patients with PN need to know about this if their PN is idiopathic bc I sure did not.
Where do u get Susan’s CBD stick?
You can purchase Susan’s CBD Salve online at http://www.susanscbd.com
It’s pricey but lasts. Well worth it to me. You can also just do a search for Susan’s CBD Super Salve.
I use long footies at night after putting the salve all over feet and toes and sometimes legs. Daytime use footies or socks after applying Hope this helps. I tried the capsaicin and worked for awhile but then felt a burning sensation when I used it. It may help you as well, but I prefer the Susan’s
Thank you!
Plan to try this…I was using peppermint oil, but think I need something stronger.
Placed an order today on reviews from others also.
Hope it works for my foot pain.
At this point I’m willing to try anything.
Thanks you!
