Fluorescein dye safety in retinal angiography

Does anyone have experience with this? I’ve read about the common side effects of the IV dye. I’m highly sensitive to things and am concerned. I’ve read about alternative imaging technique, new technology, OCTA (Ocular coherence tomography angiography) which does not use dye. Not sure how available it is.

I would think other major eye clinics would have something similar.
