Fibromyalgia and lactic acid
I was surprised to recently run across an article about increased lactic acid in fibromyalgia sufferers. I was searching for this topic because my latest fibromyalgia symptom (always something new, right?) is burning pain in my quads, knees, hips, lower back – as though I had done squats every day! It feels like overuse, and got me thinking about how the lease bit of gentle exercise feels like a 2 hour workout, with terrible pain for hours. So I ran across this research from 2019. Anyone familiar with this?
