FESS Revision Surgery

Posted by tpajcrew @tpajcrew, Feb 20, 2023

I had FESS revision surgery two months ago, end of December 2022.
I had openings in all my sinus cavities and polyp removal. Two months later, I'm still dealing with off and on again inflammation in my nose. It's very uncomfortable at night especially, which is preventing me from getting sleep. I haven't slept much, which I know may be delaying my healing. My ENT says the sinuses look great but I have this congestion and just don't feel back to normal. I read various periods of time for healing, but what is the answer?

Hi. I can maybe help.

Is this your second FESS surgery?

Do you have allergies? And what are you currently doing for inflammatory control from your surgeon?
