I kinda have the same thing so I understand what you are talking about. I have to be very careful for what I eat. Dairy is bad for me..
For starters, you need to do a daily diary of what you eat and drink. I don’t know if you drink coffee or tea that you add milk too or sugars, but that can also affect you.
After you do this for a few months, go back and check to see if there’s anything that sticks out to you.
Also add good day bad day for yourself, That way, you will have a better feel of what is going on
I hope this could help you to start your investigation of what is going on
Good luck

Thanks. I drink coffee and eat cereal. Think it's the milk or
caffeine.

My doctor told me to use sheep cheese as it is different from cow and goat.
Norway has great cheese just wish we could get it here.
Both are good for people who have trouble with cow milk.

Interesting I have been working with a nutritionist/dietitian not to loose weight or anything but to understand food!

So here is what I found and continue to find. . .

I'm highly reactive I've continued to notice patterns with the foods because they are all processed in some way.

when you go to your store you literally look at something say oh it's organic it's okay or oh it's this and it's okay no it's not unless you literally yourself grew it on land that is not sealing some type of chemicals or sprayed with chemicals or in our water or air. . .

So what I've noticed by doing an elimination style diet I am slowly feeling so much better less medication is needed trust me the toxic mold syndrome( ie: fibromyalgia, Cirs, and the list can go on)... is having a field day with me but it's almost as though a good block of foods are allowing my pain and discomfort worse.

When I remove or add different things over months it's a very slow process and am extremely mindful of the item I'm consuming I can see this pattern of discomfort or the pattern of wow I feel pretty well after consuming this specific food. Like beef I can't eat aged beef, I'm so reactive to that. Chicken I can't eat. Fish only one and it's sourced only from one place. I noticed fish from the Atlantic I'm highly reactive very bad . So I don't eat fish only occasionally I have sock-eye salmon a friend overnight ships to me fresh never frozen. Only salmon I can tolerate without much issue. Vegetables are almost non existent most I'm reactive. So that just a few things. It's easier to tell you the short list of things I can eat than the things I can't... But slow but surely I'm feeling more comfortable not cured but comfortable.

We seek out a Dr to write a chemical to help us feel comfortable but why not get your own formula that is specific to you and examine your other hidden chemical or food reactions?

I am working with professionals and do not encourage or endorse anyone just making changes of any kind without seeking your solid medical team to help you and guide you as necessary. But remember this is your life and body and you spend your whole life inside this body watching it 24/7 365 how much better are you at understanding yourself and speaking to the right people obviously and saying hey what is this and instead of them saying let me give you a medication question okay so I ate this and I've been eating this for 2 weeks now and I'm highly reactive or I'm feeling pretty good can we monitor this in some way and maybe it's through your blood work or maybe it's you know communicating especially like I said with the dietitian I think everybody out there should not just have a general doctor but everybody should also have a nutritionist/ dietitian. Because that is so integral in health I really believe every bit of everything that we put in our body so we go to a doctor they give us a chemical well when we eat a processed food that's a chemical it's been processed chemicals so you're taking chemicals to take more chemicals to counteract what chemicals are doing to you essentially why wouldn't we be reactive and why wouldn't we be uncomfortable or develop a mental illness because of all this chemical imbalance that we now have in our body.

Anyways this is like one of those subjects I could probably go on and on and on and I probably already spoke too much but this was my own journey and I noticed a lot of differences by being more aware of my own body my own reactiveness and what a difference it has made in how I eat and shop.

Hi ..I too experienced a horrible reaction to spaghetti noodles...tore up my stomach all night long and nauseous for days. I've eaten these many times, with extra virgin olive oil, they are a high protein noodle, so maybe I can no longer tolerate the protein. My diet consist mainly of eggs, organic breads with healthy nuts, organic plain yogurts, lactose free milk, apple juice, pasta, organic blueberries, organic granola...lean beef sometimes, chicken, cod fish...I stay away from fried foods and or greasy foods. Hope you find foods that agree with you! Take care
