Fat containing umbilical hernia causes abdominal pain and bloating?
Hello!
I’ve had 24/7 abdominal pain with tenderness around the belly button with constant bloating and constipation for four years now. Apparently I have a 2.4 cm fat containing umbilical hernia that is incarcerated. Anyone has the same experience?

Same thing here, but not incarcerated AFAIK. Doesn't cause me any issues that I can attribute to it.
I have the same chronic vomiting hiatal hernia as well gastroparisis diverticulitis lg and am intestine I can't be fixed but this is what MIGHT/could happen

An incarcerated umbilical hernia happens when a portion of the intestine or abdominal fat pushes through the belly button opening and gets trapped by the muscle wall. It cannot push back inside. This traps tissue, blocks digestion, and can cut off blood flow, making it a medical emergency.

Does it cause digestion problems if only fat is incarcerated?
