I have read about it, saw it on Facebook. Recently ordered MELT fascia hydrator, will let you know if it helps. No opinion regarding True Form, just another supplement and I take so many now!

2 ReactionsI started Fascial by TrueForm about 2 weeks ago. They say it can take up to 3 months to work. So far, I haven’t noticed anything.

1 ReactionI’ve been on TrueForm for over 3 months, and I definitely think it is helping. I feel less stiff when I get up in the morning. I don’t feel as big a backlash when I over-exert myself. And I feel like I have more energy overall.

3 Reactions@iervo I'm interested in trying True Form. I just wrote them to see if they use any animal products or test on animals; if they don't, I'm excited to try this product!
