Facial Lichen Planus

Does anyone have facial lichen planus? is there such a thing? My oral LP is really flaring up and now I develop a rash on my face that gets a darker red each day. The rash on my face has been progressing over months but got really bad when my oral LP got really bad. I see my dermatologist this afternoon. My face feels like it is on fire.

@artist01 I just checked and I have triamcinolone acetonide for inside my mouth and said can use this paste 2x day on open sores. The box says it’s a dental paste. I have clobetasol propionate for my body and can use 2x day in sores. I have a different one for lips I can’t find now. Weird
