Face lift worth it?

I am 73 and would like to get a facelift..not to look younger but to look more pleasant .any replies to give some advice...is it worth it

I had 2 facelifts- one at 59 and one at 66. I am now 84 and look as if I was in my early 70s. No turtle neck. Few wrinkles.

I actually think I’d be fine with a lower lift and botox on the top.

Everybody is different. I needed lower face.
