Eye Bleed/Leak

I have been told that I have an eye bleed/leak in my right eye by Drs in Boston and North Carolina. It is a constant capillary bleed/leak that is very close to my optic nerve and cannot be lasered or surgery. Has anyone ever been diagnosed with this? I have Small Fiber Polyneuropathy with Autonomic dysfunction and Drs. feel that this eye bleed/leak is not related to the neurology issue. There isn't even a scientific name for this condition.
