Extreme gum pain and throat getting really cold while working out

I just wanted to see if anyone would happen to know what could cause throat getting really cold and gums hurting so bad while working out? I've had this issue for quite a long time and it doesn't matter whether I'm outside or inside. Everytime when I start working out and my headset starts pumping and blood starts flowing, after about 5 to 10 minutes into working out, my throat would start to get really cold and then my gums start to hurt so bad that it feels like knives digging into my gums. So once I stop working out and my heart rate starts to go down, the pain starts to slowly go away, which takes about 15-20 minutes.

I would stop exercising and meet with your doctor ASAP. Heart attacks in women shows many odd symptoms. I'm not trying to scare you, but I want you to be safe! Good luck...I'll pray for a speedy prognosis!

I absolutely agree. Stop exercising and meet with your doctor ASAP. You have to find out what is going on, before proceeding with your program.

Note: It could be something minor, like a post-nasal drip or a sinus problem. And it only becomes noticeable when you work out. But you do need to get it checked out.
