Stage 1 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma: Exemestane and side affects

I started Exemestane January 2019 after receiving a diagnosis of stage 1 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. I had a partial mastectomy in November 2018, no radiation or chemo. I had a complete hysterectomy at 34 and took Estradiol (low dose) for 16 years. I tapered off before turning 50, went through menopause, and was diagnosed with breast cancer at 56. Pathology showed ER+, PR and HER both negative.

Is anyone else on a similar path?

Krhubarb, how was your recovery from surgery? Have you noticed any side effects from exemestane?
