Excess Ear Wax causing no hearing in right ear? Get ear cleaned consta

I have one ear right one, getting excessive ear wax blocking my ear drum constantly? So I can not hear at all, out of that ear?The other ear is fine? I get that right ear cleaned out by a nurse twice a month. Does any one else get this constant ear wax blocking their hearing? If so what is the answer to fix this problem, as never had it before this year 2026? Thank you. Rita
