Evinity - vertigo and hearing loss

I have finished my year of Evinity and I was very happy with my bone growth. I have also put on weight. Soon after stopping the Evinity I am suffering from vertigo and hearing loss. It appears that the weight gain is not that unusual but I’m wondering if the vertigo and hearing loss is just a coincidence or a possible side effect.
