Eustachian tube disfunction

My husband has a hearing loss due to Eustachian tube dysfunction, He had a ballooning done of the tube twice and unsuccessful. I am looking for a specialist for his problem.

Welcome to Mayo Connect. I assume you have seen an ENT specialist for the problem.
I also had Eustachian tube dysfunction that was blocking the tube and affecting my hearing. I had an ear tube placed in an ear with a blockage, and it made a big difference.
