Europe based members
Hello everyone,
I would like to do a quick poll to find out how many of us are living in Europe and discuss what treatments we have available on this side of the pond.
Since the European medicine organizations have somewhat different medicine approvals than the FDA in the States, it would be interested to get a base line. Also it would be interesting to find out what treatment options we are being offered in Europe. I know myself, in Germany alone, I have interacted with a dozen various doctors for my PCa and receive half as many different opinions.
Additionally, the AnCan foundation is running regular live webinars where the have several doctors joining in. Since some of their webinars are held in the evening time (US Time zones) it may be difficult for some of us in Europe to attend.
I have spoken with the founder of the AnCan about holding some webinars earlier for the European audience and we would like to do a row call to see how many people would be interested in attending such webinars.
So, a simple response with the country in Europe where you are joining from and if you are interested in attending the AnCan webinar would suffice for now.
Thank you very much for your time and as always, be strong and stay positive.

hey @dinu . I keep my details in my bio. So if you click on my handle (@smoore4), you'll see this. The question tends to come up multiple times so I like this approach. Got it from another user on the forum here. Just FYI. Steve

1 ReactionAnd we are T-12 countdown until our first meeting for the European audience. Here is the oficial post with the link to the meeting.
It is listed under
https://ancan.org/prostate-cancer/, under the section Upcoming Prostate Cancer Groups.
Fell free to share the link and look forward to see you all there.
Our European AnCan audience who find it tough to attend meetings in the wee small hours of the night have requested a meeting at a more time friendly hour. Unlike our other prostate groups, this meeting is open to all levels – until there is a quorum to establish separate groups for different levels of prostate cancer. The meeting will start with the lowest grade, allowing men to drop out along the way.
This peer-led free and drop-in meeting is open to patients and care partners and will be conducted in English. It is open to all however Euro based participants are given priority.
3nd Wednesday of each month at 2 pm Eastern/ 8 pm CET in The Barniskis Room (222-583-973) https://ancan.org/barniskis
Moderator: Rick Davis

4 Reactions@dinu Thanks for all your efforts with this Dinu. I saw you got a nice shout-out in the email blast from AnCan. I'm not big on support groups but the email was so full of interesting information (anemia and iron info) that I will make time. Thanks!
