Endocrine issues and weight loss medication

I have multiple endocrinology issues, hypertension 2ndary to them and have had multiple surgeries for adrenals. I started on compounded trizepitide and then moved to Zepbound. When bumped up to 5 mg lost 3.9 percent of weight. Due to side effects have now switched to Wegovy. Anyone else here with pituitary adenoma and adrenal adenoma on this medication? How is it going?

I had surgery in February this year for removal of an adenoma on my pituitary with wonderful results. I started a Tirzepatide 2 weeks ago, in week 3. As of this time have had zero side effects, weight loss is minimal but I've really just started
